Detour Grill and Bar, located in Imperial, MO, is Jefferson County's newest entertainment
destination.  Whether it's dinner with the family, a night out with friends at our bar, or simply
enjoying a summer afternoon in our outdoor patio/beer garden, Detour Grill and Bar is the place
to be!  Local ownership strives to provide quality food, great drinks, and outstanding service
to Jefferson County residents.  Owners Bill Livingston and Terry Armstrong both grew up in
Arnold and graduated from Fox High School.  Sal Regna, the General Manager at Detour Grill
and Bar, also grew up in the area and graduated from Fox.  Bill has been in the restaurant
business for 29 years.  This is the owners first restaurant together, and they have plans to open
another grill and bar in the future.  Detour Grill and Bar opened on January 9, 2009, and they've
been serving fantastic food and drinks in Imperial ever since.  Take a Detour from your normal
